How much do your sites cost to rent?

The cost of rental reflects the value of the customers to your business. It will vary based on the time and effort required to get the appropriate keyword ranked and the value of your customers. Some sites are $19.95 per month. That's right, for less than 20 bucks a month, you can start getting more customers.

If you are an electrician, dentist, chiropractor, AC company, plumber, massage therapist, salon, etc. all it takes is one client every 2 - 3 months to cover the cost of the rental. The investment is so small, you really have nothing to lose.

Some sites, depending on the competition for the keywords and the current ranking of the site, may cost more.

Why do people rent sites?

To control costs! Many small to medium size businesses cannot afford to pay thousands of dollars to build a site and pay for the SEO services. Our service allows you to have a great site for a very low monthly payment.

I already have a website, why should I rent another web site website?

The simple answer is traffic. If your current site is not ranking as well as you would like in the search engines, or if you just want to "corner the market" in a geographic region, you should consider renting one or more of our sites. If you don't have the site, your competition will.

Do you currently have sites in all cities for all services?

No, we wish we did. That would be millions of sites. But whatever your city or service, we can build a site and get it ranked on the first page of Google. We want to be very honest and say that to rank in a city like Miami, where there is a lot of competition takes longer ( a few months ) than a city like Bartow, Florida. However, your patience will be rewarded when it happens.

You say it can take a few months for high competition keywords to rank well?

Yes, there are so-called "black hat" methods that can get a site ranked high faster, but when Google detects it, the site gets banned. We build our keyword rankings ethically and naturally.

Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?

No, we do not require long-term contracts. You simply pay for three months in advance and that's it.

How do I pay my website rental fee?

We prefer that you pay us using a credit card through PayPal ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ). We also gladly accept checks.

What happens if I do not pay my website rental fee?

If you do not pay your website rental fee by the due date, your site will automatically go down and a message will appear on your homepage stating that your site has been suspended. As soon as the payment has been made and received in cleared funds then your website will come back online. We have this process automated in order to keep costs low. Please respect this and pay on time - we do not want you upset when your site goes offline.

Will I be able to make changes to my site?

Yes, our sites are built using a CMS (content management system ) which allows you control over your content. If you can use Microsoft Word, you can use the CMS.

However, we do not encourage making extreme changes. Your site will be built with content targeting your keywords. If you make changes, you risk impacting your rankings. We are happy to help with your changes but if they are significant, we may have to charge a small fee. As a company, we simply cannot do constant updating for 20 bucks a month.

If I'm paying just $20 - $30 a month, can you really afford to provide support for my site?

Does this include changes to the site?

We are happy to help with infrequent minor changes, but we cannot do frequent or large changes for free. Our goal is to teach you to maintain the site whenever you want. That is why all of our sites are built using a Content Management System.

What happens if I change something and mess everything up on my website?

That is unlikely, so do not be afraid. We do backups of the data prior to each rental. If you really make a mess of things, we can restore you back to the same state as when you first received your site.

Is there a limit to the number of pages that I can add to my website?

No.

Do you Guarantee that my Website will achieve a top ten ranking on Google?

We always strive for the first page and for most cities and services we accomplish this rather quickly. Higher competition cities (for example, Los Angeles) take longer to accomplish this than lower competition cites (i.e. Fort Meade, Florida ). If we have any doubts after hearing your city and service, we will let you know.

Ok, so the site is great and I am getting lots of traffic, can I buy the site so that I can have complete ownership?

Yes, our sites are affordable and are priced based on how difficult the keywords are to be ranked. The more time we have to invest in the process, the more the site costs. But MOST sites cost between $1200 - $3000 which is quite reasonable for a proven money making site.
